We’ve got a similar one to this. Where did you get the idea for the Great C?
The Great C was inspired by the classic Philip K. Dick short story We Can Remember It For You Wholesale. I wanted to create a VR experience that was as entertaining and engaging as the short story is – to transport you to a remote location, where all you can hear is the eerie sound of the wind and snow falling.

How was the Great C crowd funded? What are the production costs?
I was lucky enough to earn a few extra dollars from the media producer, Craig Brokensha (3:38) in exchange for interviews with youtubers. I used the money to pay for the 3D camera, a green screen, a tripod and 3D glasses!
Production costs are generally very low. Budget for the VFX budget at 3 million dollars is generous, but there were only about 8-10 VFX shots that required real world work. Our designers and 3D artists have done the rest!

Many players spend much time on creating their own special weapons and training.
There are many weapons created by tanks. You can fully expand your strategic advantage in the fight.
Get enough training experience to enhance your tanks!
After combat, you obtain victory points based on the amount of enemy machines you captured.
The higher the total number of captured machines, the more victory points you will earn.
You can spend the victory points on training. You can spend the points on training to enhance your battle skills.
Train crews to improve the quality of your tanks!

The premise for XCOM: Enemy Unknown is pretty straightforward: take the alien threat head-on and dominate on the battlefield.
It’s an exact replay of XCOM: UFO Defense and is probably the barebones approach towards the genre that anyone can get used to.
To fully appreciate what this particular game means to the genre of strategy games and its long history, the original version of the game by a Finnish game developer called The Seventh Dreamers is a must.

Commanders in XCOM: Enemy Unknown can either play through a single campaign with three difficulty levels or jump into the action after every mission to take control of the process of commanding the team.
