How to use:
When you download the OCX file, the folder will contain a picture of the 7 LED set. You can view and resize the picture by right clicking on it and selecting full screen.
Just drop the OCX file into your application into the « Plugins » folder.
If you also download the VC Root from the same site, then you can drop the OCX file into the folder that it is in, and then drop the VC Root into your software.
How to use.
Drop the two files into your application and you will be good to go.
The program requires 7 bit or 8 bit communication.
NOTE: The 7 Segment LED display is a very primitive display. The LED’s are just painted on the actual
lcd screen, there is no attempt to number the individual segments.
NOTE: If you upload a 32 bit program, the 32 bit driver will not allow this.
NOTE: If you upload a 64 bit program, then a warning will appear about having to change the driver, but you can still use the program without changing anything.
NOTE: If you upload a 64 bit program, then this will not work.
NOTE: The 24 bit driver causes the program to stop working.
Runtime Warning: When you first start the program you will see a warning appear and be asked if you want to continue. This is a standard Windows dialog box. After you select OK, the program will work.

Designed for programmers to simply drop into their application, the 7 segment LED Control OCX is a 25 pin, total source of high current, single pin, single rail circuit configuration. The current delivery is approximately 4.2 mA to 9 mA, up to 50 mA.
The 7 Segment LED driver is 100% ready to drop into your application. The current source is programmable with the ON/OFF setting. 4 levels of ON/OFF setting for each separate current source channel. The current source can be programmed through the pin PIOA_0.
Pin 36 VDD is defined for power by the library. The VDD can be set at 50-74% of the supply voltage.
The 7 segment LED driver can be configured to support any number of segments and any number of segments.
