AutoCAD 2018 was released in September 2016 as a 32-bit or 64-bit application. A number of new features were introduced in 2018, including:
A new user interface and customization features
AutoCAD 2018 is a 32-bit application. It uses the 64-bit Windows 7 operating system and supports multiple monitor displays.
In addition to the usual features found in previous versions of AutoCAD, 2018 contains several new features. When you start a new drawing, the new interface is automatically displayed, including its new top toolbar. The old graphical menus have been removed.
A completely new taskbar can be accessed by clicking on the icon to the left of the status bar.
A ribbon toolbar replaces the old menus.
You can place objects on the current drawing canvas by dragging them onto the canvas, or by clicking and dragging on the drawing window.
You can create and edit shapes in all three drawing canvas modes, 2D, 3D, and Wireframe (unless the View button is displayed in the status bar).
You can perform basic geometric and engineering tasks by using predefined commands. These commands are called out in the drawing window. There is a large collection of predefined commands available. Many of these are based on the Rhino CAD commands for 3D modeling.
You can draw objects that can be composed of multiple parts. To do this, you create these parts, then you use the new Part By Parts command.
Several new command types are available, including:
A new command Type – Part Command to display the AutoCAD Help for the selected object.
A new command Type – Section Set Command to set up a specific section of a drawing.
A new command Type – Pipe/Tube Command to set up a pipe or a tube.
A new command Type – Command to perform a command on multiple objects.
A new command Type – Inline Command to place an object inline with the current drawing object.
A new command Type – Parametric Command to set up a specific parametric curve or surface.
A new command Type – Shape AutoMapper to set up a pattern for the height of a building. This is a useful feature to quickly set up an elevation pattern.

Autodesk discontinued using the DXF file format for AutoCAD in 2011, as the company began transitioning its product line to the Autodesk Graphics Exchange Format (DXF).
AutoCAD Architectural Desktop
AutoCAD Architectural Desktop is Autodesk’s architectural CAD package. It was relaunched as AutoCAD Architectural in late 2012, and used a variant of the DXF file format called the Autodesk Architectural Drawing Exchange Format (ADX). However, starting with version 2015 the format was changed to the Autodesk Architectural Drawing Exchange Format 2.0 (ADX 2.0). ADX was discontinued in 2016, as AutoCAD Architectural was relaunched as AutoCAD Architecture. As of AutoCAD 2016, all future versions of AutoCAD Architecture will use the Autodesk Graphics Exchange Format (DXF) as its native file format.
AutoCAD Electrical
AutoCAD Electrical is Autodesk’s electrical CAD package. It was relaunched as AutoCAD Electrical in late 2012. The electrical product is based on the ArcGIS format.
AutoCAD Civil 3D
AutoCAD Civil 3D was relaunched as Autodesk Civil 3D in late 2012.

WOW!!!! This is what I call CUTEST!!!
In all seriousness I must say, I have been looking forward to this track, since it was announced by Matamyrka. I must say that I am very much impressed by this clip. The music fits the theme of the movie perfectly! The two separate versions of the track, both very different, yet beautifully produced, clearly define the setting of the film perfectly. The only thing that I really don’t like about it, is that they are just a little short of what could have been. Could have been 5+ minutes longer, especially if they were to add the 2 versions of the track. I can just imagine it….
Anyway, although I didn’t really pay attention to this track until I saw this clip, I must say I am extremely impressed. I also really like the idea of all the voices coming together, even though they are all shouting. Although there are a few strange noises during the song. It would have been great to have seen the 3rd version of this track. I would have loved to have heard the entire song, but at least it is there if you listen closely.
I guess you can say this track is definitely worth the wait, as it surpasses my expectations. Well done, Matamyrka.
On a side note, I just saw that a few of the settings in this clip were taken from the cover of the Official Soundtrack of GATEKEEPER.
