The Macartec team was led by two brothers, David and David C. Blanke, who conceived of the idea of using computers to simplify drafting. log4net does not log when method run asynchronously

I am using Log4net for logging.
I am using it from a class library, and I have several async methods.
I am using Log4net from Web Forms, and it works great for synchronous methods (e.g. with
an IAsyncResult), and for asynchronous methods.
I use the same app.config, so the logging works in all cases.
The problem is that it does not log at all when the method is async. It is either logging as is, or it is not logging at all.
When I do not use async, it works well.
