Champions of Midgard is an action-packed, cooperative, card-based game where players can work together to take down the demonic forces threatening the legendary land of Midgard. Using a unique combination of skills, players must complete a variety of challenges. Players must work together to complete tasks like capturing territory and searching for mystical talismans while facing forces of evil in this game.

Fully designed with accessible and intuitive controls, players take on the role of Champions as they travel throughout Midgard, reaching even the furthest corners of the land. The core game features one player and up to four others, but players can unlock the ability to play with up to five players. Working together, players must use a variety of skills to take down enemies and fulfill their missions.

Champions of Midgard is a deep game, with plenty of possibilities for a variety of gameplay styles. Players use a unique system of teamwork and strategic placement to move ahead on the game board, taking down enemies and completing challenges along the way.     When you flee the Horde of gnolls lead by the hideous Koota on his jousting lion, that blood-thirsty fighter known as Prezzo held back. Prezzo was a big scoundrel dressed as a knight wearing armor that made even the boss dread him. 
    He called his cutthroat, opportunistic companions Nobble and Lope to join him and they danced a thousand killings on you with their dirty city greenhorn toolbox.
    The fantasy sword in his hand was a generic high-tech burst cannon, a mount with legs that can rise and fall on the spot with the push of a button… well, it has a button. Every time he rolls a high strength succeed, he has a chance to ‘Levitate’ the cannon, rising it 25 feet into the air at its peak, where it then fires a blast like a water cannon.

    Not to say it has the mass-armour of a mount…

    As much as I love the game, this is probably the first DLC that I wished didn’t come out. So much content is cut short because it ended up being an overly long DLC.
    This one has the exact same premise as the main game. Apparently the game play in this one is shorter than the original.
    I hate that. This game was completed and released with two major flaws that still plague the game now. :/

    I hated this DLC as well, although I am happy to see that there is an official release for it.
    It is weird that they went with the same premise as the original, with two voice actors, and a short length. The voice acting really bugs me. The game play is a bit too short and the ending was also ridiculous.

    While this DLC is not necessary to play the game, it does help to fill up the back stories that were left out in the main game. The ending and story would be a lot different, without this DLC.
    This DLC is a cheap rip off, because they used the same idea.

    Lag. What lag. This took me some time and I’ve been playing the main game for days, never once had lags.

    It takes time to unlock all the perks. This was fixed in the main game.

    The longer you play, the faster the AIs learn to defeat you. This was fixed in the main game.

    You can’t access the weapons in the other game.

    No uvc mode. There are some mods that add it.

    No mod compatibility.

    No new weapons.

    The writing is still terrible.

    Why can’t they make the main game longer and this less?

    If you think of this game as a puzzle game, it is easy to complete it. There is nothing to go through but a bunch of AI
