MWB POP3 Notifier is a notifier for all popular POP3 email accounts. This notifier works as a menu like application that can be invoked from the main menu of the system.
When the notifier is first started it checks your main email account, if there are new messages waiting for you then, the program will generate an alert. The program can take over the task of checking for new messages
If the program detects that you are using more than one email account it will alert you and ask you if you wish to enable it as a tray icon application.
If you have a lot of email accounts with similar alert types it is most likely that the program will start to annoy you as it continuously alerts, again and again, without taking a break.
Here we will share with you how to use MWB POP3 Notifier.
In the Import and Sync a list box comes up where you can select the email account to be synced.
You can sync the entire account
You can sync specific sub-folders of an account
You can sync only new messages
You can sync an entire account if MWB POP3 Notifier detects that your email account has been set as the default email account
if the account you wish to sync is not already set as the default, it will ask you to set the account as the default.
There are two columns in the list box, one column is for the name of the account and the other column for the mail server. The mail server must be set up in the main preferences. Please see the help menu to further configure the application.

MWB POP3 Notifier
I have an ambitious idea for my first ever free, freeware program.
It is called MWB POP3 Notifier and it does something that I have never seen before.
Besides checking for new email messages (and when a new message is delivered),
MWB POP3 Notifier will also notify you whenever a new mail message is received
at your personal POP3 email account – just like most of the other servers
do it.
However, unlike most other mail checkers, MWB POP3 Notifier will save so much
system resources, that it will not slow your PC down like most other mail checkers
do. On top of that, it is a lightweight program, so it will not eat much system resources
either.
People who use MWB POP3 Notifier have told me that they like it because it works
faster and uses less system resources than any other mail checking software
that they have tried before.
