After discontinuation of alloxan the blood glucose levels of the diabetic dogs returned to control levels within about 2 weeks. Insulin tolerance tests showed a normal response in diabetics as well as in normoglycaemic dogs. Fasting blood glucose levels in both diabetics and normoglycaemics declined in response to insulin injection and returned to basal levels within the test period of 120 minutes.Q:
How to get base path in servlet?
I was trying to write a servlet in J2EE, using java. I am trying to get the path of the URL by using:
request.getContextPath();
But it return a null value.
But when i try to get the path by using:
request.getServletPath();
It returns the path i.e /WEB-INF/views/home/home.jsp
Is there anything I am missing while using the above two methods?

The answer depends on the implementation of your web container. My guess is that your web container is not honoring the virtual host you are trying to access. You can always resolve this yourself. Or just setup your WAR with a web.xml that specifies the VirtualHost.
