If you are using a Mac® or if you plan to use the MS Office 2007® – you are prone to the following problems :
Use the Windows Explorer to open and transfer files as a best practice.
The Message Box on the top right of Windows XP will not open.
You may have to use ALT, ARROW keys to select items in the Taskbar.
Warning 1.
Do not remove the « windows is blue » fixed program from your computer.
It will cause problems like « Black screen and Blue screen ».
– Solution1:
Press (Alt+Print Screen) then open Windows XP Task Manager (make sure you’re in safe mode, then end the process named as xtb.exe)
Then reboot your computer after you finished removing this item.
– Solution 2:
Press (Alt+Print Screen) then open Control Panel, then click the Add or Remove Programs
Choose the « Welcome to Windows XP » program (the name is « Windows is blue »)
Press Add/Remove
Remove the « Welcome to Windows XP » program
Reboot your computer after you finished removing this item.
